Testimonials for Quality Tailored Homes |
A visit to Ards Allotments Open Day 2011. These allotments, in a beautiful setting, offer people the chance to come down and grow their own vegetables under friendly supervision. From Maurice at Ards Allotments: "We have seen a significant upsurge in sales since the video's release, with many clients citing the video as a key contributing factor to their interest." |
We visited some clients of QTH to film their genuine feedback from the service they had received, and to put together three short testimonial videos. They add an extra dynamic to QTH's web marketing strategy. The website is nicely put together by WeAreSolid.

Robots in Belfast
Shot by Simon Mills and edited by myself, this video documents the installation of the Robots art piece at the Crescent Arts Centre. Robots>>>> is an artist collective based in London. The music is a remix of a Bloc Party song by FourTet.
This is another example of video content designed to spread virally amongst a local target audience. It was released on 26th August and spread initially on Twitter and Facebook. Within a week the success of its spread was reported in the Daily Mirror, the Belfast Telegraph and BBC News NI (the latter along with 'Scrabo Tower: what the heck just happened'). |

| I was subcontracted by Eyesparks to film and put together the interview sections of this presentation for the North West Waste Management Group. |
A presentation video introducing Benmore health and safety company. This video was part of a wider online resource to inform local businesses. This material is available on theirYouTube channel. |
A wee prank for the MTV EMAs

The Leaning Albert Clock
I threw this together in a mad rush over the couple of days (and sleepless nights) before the big MTV weekend in Belfast. From Jeff at BelfastTimes: "The City Hall video created in partnership with BelfastTimes to tie in with the MTV weekend has created a surge in the BelfastTimes awareness. On the day of the launch of the video, the BelfastTimes website received a ten fold increase in the number of daily views. Subsequent days have received a steady 100% increase in daily views compared to pre video stats." |

| A video based on Glasgow’s famous Duke of Wellington statue, which often has a traffic cone on its head, this was designed to spread the Treat Ticket brand within a target audience local to Glasgow. |
This was my first video that was designed specifically to go ‘viral’, or to spread naturally from person to person. Its spread has been generated by being shared on social media sites, without any marketing strategy in place, nor any budget. |

Promoting walking in the Mournes (for WalkNI)
Shot by Simon Mills and edited by myself, this video documents the installation of the Robots art piece at the Crescent Arts Centre.Robots>>>> is an artist collective based in London. Building amazing large site specific sculptures made from recycled and reclaimed wood. The music is a remix of a Bloc Party song by the wonderful FourTet. |
Some shaki-cam, dirty-lens clips from a wee ramble in the Mournes with Matt and Pete, a couple of doctors, on Friday 8th April. An intended day off work quickly turned into an opportunity to provide WalkNI with some digital content for their ongoing promotion of our country’s beautiful outdoors. Thanks to Kilmory Day Trip for use of the music, available to download now. |

As part of the 'Bring Ards Home' campaign, a group of supporters travelled to the Start Together recording studios in Belfast to record their legendary chant of Davy Lee's, about a chinese restaurant in Newtownards. I heard about the project and thought it would be a great way to support the local club. You can keep up to date with Ards FC through their facebook page. |
On Sunday 10th April I went to check out just a few of the events on offer for only £10 as part of Northern Ireland's Adventureland Weekend. First there was kayaking with the Adventure Team, then a high ropes adventure at The Jungle, and lastly a high speed boat trip with Aquaholics. The video was primarily for use by CAAN, who promoted the event. |
